Golly Jeepers I’m tired! Neil and I woke up around 8 this morning to finish up the house work. We were almost late to our dinner which was at 1pm. How sad is that? We started yesterday afternoon, took a break last night, but continued this morning. Our house isn’t THAT big. Why did it take us so long??? Because it was that dirty. Tsk tsk.

Dinner with the fam was good. There were 10 people there and we ordered 5 large pizzas for everyone to share. Five! We only ended up eating 3 and the other 2 are in our frig. Left over pizza is the best so I’m not complaining. Everyone came over to the house afterward for cookie cake. I’m not sure how this happened but for some reason Neil’s sister Amy thought everyone was coming to her house for cookie so that’s where the cookie was. I thought Neil had told her, and he said he did, but obviously someone didn’t know. I was about to have a heart attack because, well you know. I just told you how long it took for us to clean the house. And have it be all pretty and clean for NOTHING??? I don’t think so! Neil fixed it real quick and the heart attack was prevented. Oddly, we ended up watching home videos of Aly and Buddy (a dog we were fostering at the time). I guess because it was Neil’s birthday event….?

I didn’t take any pictures of the clean house yet. By the time I get around to it it’ll be dirty again so sorry for getting you all excited. Some other time maybe? Right now tho I’m going to work on shortening up (down?) my “About” page. Even I think it’s too long.
